COVID 19 Precautions
Starting June 1, I will begin seeing clients again for massage. This is subject to change if the Washington State business recommendations change between now and then. For the safety of all and in accordance with CDC recommendations, I am making the following changes.
I will now be wearing a face mask for all appointments.
Upon arrival for your appointment, you will be offered hand sanitizer and a disposable face mask to be worn for the duration of your appointment.
All surfaces and massage table will be thoroughly disinfected between each client session in addition to the usual changing of linens between each appointment.
If you are feeling unwell, have a cough, fever, or any flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. During this time, all cancellation fees will be waived. If you don’t feel well, please let me know and we can find a better day for you to come in.
Please print and fill out this COVID-19 liability release form and bring it with you to your appointment.
